Historically, when the amount of bills to pay and invoices to raise became too much for a business owner, they employed a fulltime Accounts Officer.
This role used to be very data-entry heavy and was ruled by a lot of manual processes. This led to the need for an in-house team member to be on-site to make sure all the documents were entered correctly, stamped correctly, and put in the right piles to be filed correctly. We all know the sights of piles of paper but never knowing where anything is.
This is a practice that has continued for too long and the benefits to changing have never been greater.
With the radical growth in tech firms combining software with the under-serviced accounting industry, it means that we now have a plethora of options to speed up processes which are consuming lots of human labour time.
Change is hard and the uncertainty of whether it will work can be intimidating. But we’re here to guide you through that process and provide comfort that it’s the right thing to do, and the most beneficial thing you can do for your business.
Our aim is to make this process as slick, easy, and accurate as possible and we take pride in being able to deliver efficient outcomes for our clients. So what better time than now to make the switch, and free up more of your resources to be doing the work that counts?
